Hi, I’m Bree

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Pre/Post Natal Coach. I have been in the Health and Fitness industry for over three years.

I’m also mum of three young children but before them I spent years unhealthy and lazy with very poor eating habits and minimal movement. I was someone who looked in the mirror and picked herself apart. I looked for quick fixes and diets that never worked. I came up with excuse after excuse as to why I couldn’t exercise or eat better until I said enough is enough. From that day onward, I took action. I stopped letting life control me and started to control my life.

The more I continued with my journey the more I realised I wanted to help others with their own journeys. I’ve been on both ends of the scale before pregnancy and after each pregnancy. I’ve done the hard yards and made the mistakes so you don’t have to.

I absolutely love what I do, helping my clients become the best version of themselves both physically and mentally.
